Another name is, AJ who put the flooring in our house, a very good listener and so so respectful to talk to! I am just so impressed with the people! We strolled in looking to match our existing floors so we could update our master bedroom flooring. The team went above and beyond trying to match our existing floor, made several calls to the manufacturer and other suppliers only to find out it had been discontinued. They were not pushy in anyway while we looked around only very informative and helpful. Thanks to JJ we made the decision to get a floor that complimented what we had, he talked with us about availability and next steps. Everything happened just as he said they came out and measured for the job and got us in the schedule for install. The whole experience was awesome to be honest. We just had our flooring replaced by this firm. The price was fair, and we got the products we desired.The materials were great quality, the process of measuring for the job was simple and to the point.The installation crews that came to our home treated us very kindly, and were extremely attentive to our needs. Of course the job took some time (2-3 days).We were absolutely delighted at the crews professionalism, the accuracy of every measurement, and the quality of installation. They came in, described what would take place, and got to work.The flooring came out very nicely and way beyond our expectations. I just recently recently purchased luxury vinyl wood for my floor. The staff was very friendly and explained the financial process. The floors were scheduled to be put in two weeks after I picked them out from the showroom. The workers only took a day and a half to lay down 800 square feet and it looks wonderful. I would like to take this opportunity to highly compliment our experience with Paris Reese. He is the most knowledgeable and personal sales representative I have encountered in many years . Customer service these days have been non existent, in many professional businesses. After being uncertain about the whole aspect of choosing a luxury vinyl flooring Parts explained in detail the whole process and helped me make an important decision. After placing my original order I decided to change my order due to a color variance. I called him immediately and he assisted me in choosing another item I liked but unfortunately they no longer were carrying my new selection. .He told me he would do whatever he could to see if he could possibly find it. We just had our carpet in all but 1 room in our house replaced by Floors Direct. They were very helpful when trying to pick out a carpet, working with us to make sure we did not get polyester carpet. The day they delivered the carpet, I was not feeling well. They worked around me, and I was AMAZED at how careful they were with moving the furniture, how well they removed the old flooring and how they made sure the floors were free of dust and dirt before installing the padding and the new carpet. On the way out, they bumped a glass table top, which broke. They immediately put in a call to a glass place to get a replacement. They delivered the replacement quickly. We are extremely pleased with ALL the work they did. They even called to make sure we were happy with everything, which we are!!!

I 100% recommend that anyone shopping for floors go to Floors Direct. Chris Fawcett( Stuart location) was my sales rep, and he knew laminate floors inside and out. The only problem I had was trying to decide on what color/pattern to choose of the 100 available. I ended up going with LVP Coretec Pro Plus in Cheshire Elm, and I couldn't be happier! Luis ( their recommended installer) and his crew were so thorough and professional, that my contractor said that he had never seen such great and professional work prepping and installing floors. A while back we decided to go with tile in our master bedroom since this is the most dog and water-resistant choice out there. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to take the time and samples needed to figure out which material / color /pattern worked best for us. The installation went well, and we were so happy with the results, we decided to do a much larger job with them and do most of the remainder of the house. This was a bigger job and took 5 days to pull it off. The installers were very careful and worked to make the entire process as painless as possible. They had a tough job to do to remove an old stubborn glued-down wood laminate floor. They will work with you to do the install as you want. The only glitch was that our grout color was not available, so we had to order it ourselves, which was not too hard to locate but had to come all the way from Oregon, and at a much higher cost. They really should have been able to do this for us. We ordered a few boxes of tile extra to cover future potential repairs, and when the job was done, we were two boxes short of what we expected. The store made good on their estimate and ordered the additional boxes for us at no additional charge. I highly recommend this store due to the no-problems on-time installation and how they stand behind their work. Thanks guys!

Great company and staff at Floors Direct in Melbourne! Floors Direct had replaced our carpet with laminate 7 years ago and when we had a water leak we replaced the tile in our house. A year later we had squeaking when walking on the laminate. Even the ends of some of the laminate boards would bend when walking on them. The owner came out and said he thought it was from the water leak and after having one of his technicians come out and remove a few boards could we see the damage on the back of the boards. The laminate looked perfectly fine on top. We decided to replaceable the laminate with the tile we had put in a year ago. Even the insurance was willing to pay for some of the replacement. I was impressed at how well the staff addressed my concerns and coordinated the installation. This is the company you want to work with!

Our builder informed us that her supplier couldn't get the black charcoal LVP flooring we told her we wanted at the last minute when the new house was wrapping up the build. We accidentally stumbled upon Floors Direct in Melbourne close to closing time. They had a better option on the demo floor area than we had originally picked out and it was a regular in-stock item. 2 Days later we picked up the flooring a transition strips and took them down to Vero Beach to the new home. They look Amazing!Best of all, I bought 6 boxes too many and they said they will gladly take the return since it was a regular in-stock flooring. Great People and Get Help. We decided to update 3 bedrooms in our home, remove the carpet and update to a laminate. We had already checked out all the big box stores when we found Floors Direct in Melbourne. We met with Ben Crisafulli, he listened to our plans, then suggested flooring materials that would fit our needs. As a retired contractor I knew what had to be done and had many questions about how Floors direct does their jobs. Ben was very knowledgeable of the products and the installation process. I would normally do the job myself but after discussing the project with Ben I decided to let the Floors Direct team do the job. On installation day the team arrived on time, explained what and how they were going to complete the job. They were very professional and courteous during the process. With the lost of my father passing. I was blessed to receive his house that he left behind. But in doing so their were a lot of repairs that needed to be done. To start I needed new tile for my bathroom and shower. I was recommended by a friend to go see Jason S. at Floors Direct. When I first walked in I was like wow so many choices where do I start. When I asked for Jason he immediately greeted me and showed me the selections they have. He wasn't overbearing or pushy as some salespersons can be. This review is long overdue. I can not say enough about my experience with Floors Directs. From Joan Abbott, my saleswoman who held my hand through attempting to pick out tile for a shower make over, to helping me when the demo to my shower revealed water leaking and mold then to my second bathroom also showing a leak shortly after. Both bathrooms needed to be gutted with mold removal. What started as a "remove the old tile in the master bath shower" turned into my nightmare of 2 bathrooms gutted, mold removal and total remodels as well as rug removal in the entire house with new flooring to replace it. Never having done any like this before Joan was there every step of the way with suggestions and referrals. Everyone was top notch and did a great job putting up even with my melt downs. Everyone was extremely professional, understanding and the most excellent, quality workmanship. It has been about two years since my "disaster" showed itself. I have been back in my house for a little over a year and I am still as in love with the finished product as I was from the beginning. I was looking to replace my flooring in my home. I went to floors direct and I received excellent service. I talked to Jason on the phone and told him when I need it and he set up a time for me to meet with him. When I went in the store I was greeted by Ben Crissafulli with a very warm welcome. Jason showed us the Vinyl flooring and gave us a quote. It was actually about $3000 less then the quote we received from another large flooring dealer in Melbourne. This included installation. We ordered the flooring and they were able to install it about one month sooner than a competitor offered. The installation went extremely well chad and his team did a fantastic job they were very courteous and took great care as they moved the furniture and put down the floor. We are so pleased with our flooring and so glad we went to floors direct. I highly recommend floors direct. If you want to get good prices and excellent services and quality go there.

I never write reviews, however, Floors Direct in Melbourne went above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, the sales manager, Jason listened to what I wanted for my house. He directed and helped to make sure I chose the product that was exactly what I wanted. Jason let me take home a few samples to see what color looked best in the room. He wasnāt pushy and was happy to accommodate my busy schedule to install the wood floors. AJ installed the wood floors and did an amazing job. Seven years ago Jason and his installation team did a great job with floors in our master bedroom, so when we wanted to replace the flooring in the rest of the house, we went right back to Floors Direct in Melbourne. Jason helped us select a floor and the team installed it along with new baseboards. The baseboards are killer, taller ones look so rich. The estimate was to take over a week to install, but the team did it in about 4.5 days. They were super polite and considerate. I highly recommend floors from Floors Direct.

Wow! What a great job they did. Had flooring put through 2/3rds of our house and what a difference. Highly Recommend, ask for Jason. Jason went the extra mile in customer service and was very forward thinking in reserving the wood until we made a final decision. If he did not reserve the order, it probably wood have been bought out by somone else as the supplies were extremely limited. Jason went so far as to get samples sent from the other stores so we could take home. Excellent communication. Thanks for all you effort, int paid off. Our floors are beautiful. Prices were very fair.

We hired Floors Direct to replace tile and damaged wood floors with Vinyl Flooring. This was a huge job and was estimated to take 5 days. They came in on a Monday and completed the job by Wednesday evening. They did a beautiful job including installing bigger baseboards. The craftsmanship was quality and it made such a big difference to the look of our house. Our salesman was excellent and provided great customer service. Thanks Davis Antonacci! They also sent us a thank you note in the mail today which I thought was very nice. I highly recommend this company.

Let's have us a little one sided chat about my experience at Floors Direct!!! From the nano second I walked in the door I was greeted like I was the only customer there... I was not, the sales gal I had gone to see was busy with another customer (I didn't have an appointment) she waived at me like we were besties, we've never met. Anyhow, another guy amused me while she was busy, talked about tile, vinyl etc until Joan was available and then he slipped off to help another customer. What a great team of sales people, seamless. No pressure, no trying to steal a customer. It was just a really great experience all around. I am excited to see where this journey takes me. I used Floors Direct to replace my great room, kitchen, and dining area floors. The Core-Tec product used is a perfect replacement for the wood floors that were in place. My sales person, Davis, was helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. The installation crew worked efficiently and cleaned up all of the demolition and installation materials well. I would highly recommend this company and their wide variety of flooring choices.

Great job start to finish. I am a big skeptic to begin with and question everything, Jason was very patient with me and answered all my questions, There was no pressure to upgrade and we are very happy with our choice of flooring .Each time I called (many,) if Jason wasn't available (rarely,) Joan was wonderful on the phone and very helpful. I was worried as this was for my mother-in-law who is elderly and I was not able to be present for the install. The installers were kind and considerate with my mother-in-law and her belongings, and they did everything exactly as stated. Thank you!

Just want to say how wonderful this place is. Me and my husband spent many days going to different larger stores like Home Depot and Lowes and just wasn't impressed with the selection. However at Floors Direct you have so many options and most of the options are actually installed on the floor for you to feel and test them out. We were able to get a high grade porcelain wood look tile for a great price. We have not installed it yet however it has been delivered and looks gorgeous! I also want to give kuddos to Brent and how nice he was to us. Thanks for everything Floors Direct!
